Exceptionally, J.B. Pastor & Fils will offer an exclusive tour of its current construction sites, which are reshaping the Principality’s urban landscape. Visitors will learn about contemporary construction techniques, how a construction site operates, and the work of craftsmen, technicians, engineers, and architects.
Located on the site of the former Palmeraie and Colibri villas, this project by architect Emmanuel Deverini involves the construction of a 23-storey building that will house the premises of the CMB and the Monegasque Red Cross, as well as 25 residential units. The building will be supported by pillars to free up ground space and provide larger public areas. It will also feature extensive planting, which will help to enhance the privacy of the homes. Finally, the design will be sustainable and bioclimatic, with movable sun protection, windows with solar factors adapted to the orientation and a connection to the thalasso-thermal loop.
