Managed by the City, the Rainier III Academy is an educational institution specialising in music and theatre.
In addition to guided tours, concerts will be given throughout the morning by the Academy’s teachers and students.
In the Academy Auditorium: screening of a film, specially edited for the occasion, highlighting unforgettable moments when young soloists have been accompanied by the OPMC in the first part of the GALA over the past four years.
Concerts outside the Rainier III Academy:
– Town Hall : harp soloist at 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. and jazz and contemporary music ensemble at 10:15 a.m., 10:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.
– Church of La Miséricorde: Early music ensemble, baroque harpsichord workshop, vocals and violas da gamba at 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.
– Princess Grace Irish Library: duets and trios by young students from Cycle I of the harp class at 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
– Casino Atrium: Saxophone ensemble at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
