Built in the 1930s, Villa Casa Mia belonged to the Singer family. It was chosen by Princess Grace to house the Classical Dance Academy, which opened its doors in 1975. Since then, its architecture and interior décor have been preserved and offer an exceptional setting for future dancers, in particular thanks to the construction of a new studio inaugurated in March 2023 by H.R.H. The Princess of Hanover and H.S.H. Prince Albert II.
